A Word from the Owner

I have performed residential home inspections and commercial property inspections in the Nashville area for nearly a decade. Over the years, I have inspected thousands of homes of all shapes and sizes and in all price ranges. I have also served as a trainer to many home inspectors that work in the Nashville market. As a result of my experience, I have strong beliefs about the making of a good home inspector.

Contrary to what one might believe, home inspection training is about much more than the teaching of facts about houses. A home inspector must hone or possess many other abilities and traits to become truly skillful – excellent communication, common sense, curiosity, and strength of character, to name a few. Above all, I believe inspectors must learn to approach each day with a deep sense of humanity. After all, there is a human being behind every home inspection that has placed their trust in us. It is our responsibility to ensure their confidence is justified.

As you, our prospective client, read this, you may feel that I’ve strayed far from the standard format of an “About Us” page. However, I wish to make the point that a company’s core values start with leadership and extend through the ranks by way of teachings and expectations. I expect much of myself and have a strong appreciation for exceptional people doing exceptional work. This, more than anything, is what I can tell you about us.
